Linden Homes Display Panels for Police College site

Police CollegeLOSRA has agreed to help Linden Homes to reach as wide an audience as possible in the public consultation over their development intentions for the Police College site in Green Street.

    From the plans it looks like the entrance/exit on Green St is no further from the roundabout than a possible one on Thames St could be sited. By having the exit on Green St it will unnecessarily add extra traffic on to the narrow roads of the 'triangle'. There are plenty of other developments in Surrey (eg Princess Square,Esher)which exit directly on to far busier roads than Thames St, which makes me think it is more that it does not fit with in with the developers plans than road safety.

    Is it just me, or do other people find this development proposal actually quite good, especially looking at what it is replacing?
