The Public Health Immunisation Team around Childhood Immunisations are looking to improve uptake and they have developed a survey, which is aimed at parents, to gather additional data. Can you please forward on the email to any parent/carer groups within your contacts.

Dear Parent/guardian,
We would like to invite you to take part in a short survey to explore parental attitudes to immunisation. In this survey, we hope to better understand your views on vaccinating your children and explore why some parents/guardian may or may not choose to get their children immunised against infectious diseases. The results of the survey will feed into local work aiming to improve uptake of childhood immunisation.
Some of the questions in the survey cover sensitive topics, and we would like to reassure you that all answers will be confidential and we will not be able to trace your answers back to you or your child/children.
The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete and contains 22 questions. We will be grateful if you spend a few minutes to complete the survey and contribute to this important research. Please use the link below to complete the survey:
