Speed reminder camera on Halliford Road.
I see that one has been placed ... opposite Minsterly Avenue and Squires Garden Centre (falls under Shepperton I believe).
When the police used to conduct physical speed checks they used to stand in either Tadmor Close or Highfield Road.
This was because this is the one straight part of Halliford Road which doesn’t usually have cars parked on the road.
Why was the speed reminder camera not sited here where speeding still happens?
Why was it placed where it has been .. where vehicles can see the hairpin bend and have just gone round one bend?
Can 2 speed reminders be placed (1 for each direction) at the approach to the straight part of Halliford Road please?
    Thank you

When discussing parking in Lower Sunbury can you please include the parking on the one continuous pavement on Halliford Road ... near the junction with Loudwater Road?
The parking makes walking on the pavement very difficult....impossible if using a mobility vehicle, trying to hold a child’s hand or pedestrians passing each other.
Double-yellow line needs to be placed and enforced please.

Can the Police Commissioner please reply to unanswered question from Shepperton PCC meeting - how many serving warranted police officers does Spelthorne have?
How many do other Surrey Boroughs have - Elmbridge, Guildford etc.etc?
Sadly the police commissioner says he will advise but consistently fails to.
    Thank you
