All I would say is that it's important to read the application, and the planning and access statement in particular, before forming a view. It seems that the precautions to be observed are not dissimilar to the disposal of atomic waste.

This is close to houses, businesses and shops. An asbestos waste transfer station here is surely a serious health and safety risk.
