I am in total agreement with Richard's comment, posted on 11 June. A development of the suggested size of 2,000 houses will have a huge impact on our neighbourhood, environment and heritage concerns ... and how long will all this take to build There is already overdevelopment in the area (around Hazelwell Road).

    Does the development include:
    1. A school - has a check been made to see how the local schools are coping with the number of students?
    2. A Doctors' Surgery - the current local Health Centre already has maximum number of patients (circa
    18,000+)
    3. Shops
    4. An accessible bus route

This will have a massive negative impact on the community , the traffic in this area is already heavy and the infrastructure is suffering.
This area is highly populated with wildlife and will have a huge impact for them.
