Readers may remember that the Council conducted a public consultation regarding the posseession of nitrous oxide at the beginning of the year and was advertised on this site on 21st January.The Council is now informing residents that a Public Space Protection Order is in effect which prohibits the possession of nitrous oxide within Spelthorne unless for lawful purposes i.e. catering.
