  Paradoxically people complaining of uninvestigated crime
  that have historically and by demographic voted Tory, have their selves to blame
  The Government have shed 20,000 Police Officers
  the thieves and oppurtunists know that won't get
  caught and thus help themselves
  knowing the Police can't investigate or cope
