I am curious to know who it was that proposed a skatepark bang next to the M3 and Sunbury roundabout. Predictably, it has attracted some hooligans and has cost taxpayers thousands, to say nothing of the waste of precious police resources. I've come to the conclusion that we are governed by loonies, and we are probably just as loony to put up with it.
